Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop
Delivery chargers will be 3KD for all areas in Kuwait.
How long will delivery take?
If order submitted before 12PM, the delivery will be in the same day.
If order submitted after 12PM, the delivery will be the next day.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your receipt through email provided during check out.
How long do I have to return an order?
We offer exchanges or refunds only in cases where there is an issue with the item. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at [email protected].

We take payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant Products, payment method (k-net – visa – Master card – Paypal – cash on delivery) In the event that we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or call and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products.
